THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.15396 OF 2013 ORDER:

During the pendency of the writ petition, the Government have lifted the ban by virtue of G.O.Ms.No.40, School Education (PS) Department, dated 13.06.2017 for filling up of vacant aided teacher posts.

In view of the changed circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to take advantage of the above said G.O. for filing up of vacant aided posts. No costs.
