This Contempt Case is filed complaining non-implementation of order, dated 15.03.2018, passed in W.P.No.4835 of 2018. 2.

Pursuant to the orders of this Court, the respondent has issued Memo No.1288/Pts.I/A2/2018-8, dated 30.06.2018, complying the orders of this Court.

Since the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, there is no contempt in the present case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, he is at liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.
