The case of the petitioner that he filed appeal on 22-03-2017 against the impugned proceedings in A.O.Estt.F.No.321/2016-17, dated 04-03-2017 before the 3rd respondent. As the same is not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Bobba Vijayalaxmi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 to 4. Since it is stated that the statutory appeal is pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the same.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner against the impugned proceedings. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
