In view of the fact that the relief prayed for in the present petition is directed against the very same private parties, who have been impleaded as respondents in W.P (PIL) No.29 of 2021, a Taken Up Writ Petition, it is deemed appropriate to close the present petition with liberty granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to participate in the proceedings in W.P (PIL) No.29 of 2021. The Registry shall reflect the name of learned counsel in the captioned writ petition. Learned counsel is at liberty to approach the Registry for obtaining the complete set of the paper book.
