There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 2.

The prayer sought in the writ petition is as under:- "...to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to challenging the inaction of the Respondents, in the investigation of Crime No.347 of 2014 and apprehending the accused as illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to apprehend/arrest the accused in crime No.347 of 2014 pending disposal of the writ petition and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case".

Pursuant to registration of Crime No.347 of 2014, investigation was completed. After completion of investigation, a final report was filed on 20.03.2015 before the X Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri, referring the matter as 'mistake of fact'. 4.

Since the final report is already filed before the X Metropolitan Magistrate at Malkajgiri, the remedy available to the petitioner is to file a protest application, as per law, before the very same Court. 5.

In that view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the same is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs.
