.. Respondents THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.16895 of 2005 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed assailing the Award dated 31.01.2005 passed by the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Warangal, in I.D.No.62 of 2002.

However, the writ petition was dismissed for default as per the Court order dated 30.12.2010 as against the 1st respondent-workman. The validity of the Award cannot be examined in the absence of the 1st respondent-workman at whose behest it was passed. The writ petition therefore fails in its entirety and is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
