HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO Writ Appeal No. 325 of 2006 Judgment: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) Mr. C. Sumon, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he is not getting any response from the appellants. He, therefore, submits that the writ appeal may be disposed of with liberty to the appellants to seek its revival, if the appellants so desire. He also submits that cross suits were filed by the parties and, after disposal thereof even the first appeal filed by the respondents, according to his instructions, has been dismissed by this Court.
In view thereof, the writ appeal is disposed of with liberty to the appellants to apply for its revival, if they so desire and advised, within four weeks from today.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No costs.
