HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.7009 of 2011 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the order dated 21.10.2010 passed in Crl.R.P.No.36 of 2010 on the file of the II Additional Sessions Judge, Karimnagar at Jagtial, confirming the order dated 08.03.2010 passed by the Addl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Jagtial in M.C.No.32 of 2008. Petitioner is the husband of the 1st respondent and father of 2nd respondent. The Court below has granted maintenance of Rs.1,500/- to the 1st respondent and Rs.1,000/- to the 2nd respondent, vide order dated 08.03.3010. The petitioner has not shown any proper reason in the grounds raised by him, to appreciate his case, and, thus, this Court sees no reason to interfere and quash the order under challenge. The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending stand closed.
