ORAL ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

Petitioner claims that he is owner of land to an extent of Ac.04.37 guntas in Survey No. 657 and 658, Pentlavelli village and Mandal, Nagarkurnool district. Petitioner expresses difficulties in enjoying the property as proper boundaries are not fixed, therefore, he submitted representation on 4.2.2019 to conduct survey and to demarcate the land. Alleging inaction, this writ petition is filed. 3.

Copy of the representation made to the Tahsildar -3rd respondent is enclosed to the writ petition paper book. But as per procedure, person seeking demarcation has to submit F-Line application in the prescribed format through online web-portal. Apparently, petitioner has not applied in prescribed format, therefore, it cannot be said that respondents are ignoring the application filed by petitioner without any justification, warranting interference by this Court. 4.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make application for conducting survey in prescribed form through online Web-portal and on filing such application, same shall be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
