HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT APPEAL No. 1440 OF 2005 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ appeal is directed against the interlocutory order passed in WVMP No. 3768 of 2004 in WPMP No. 29268 of 2004 in Writ Petition No.22313 of 2004.

When the appeal was admitted, interim stay as prayed was granted vide order dated 09-08-2005. Interim stay operates till this date. Keeping that in view, we are inclined to dispose of this appeal in terms of the interim order requesting the learned single Judge to decide the writ petition expeditiously. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
