HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.13059 OF 2012 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed complaining against apprehended selection of respondent No.4 as a dealer for Kisan Seva Kendra (Retail Outlet) at Kalakada, Chittoor District, pursuant to notification dated 19.09.2011.

Having heard the learned counsel Sri Rama Theertha and also Sri Dishit Bhattarcharjee, representing Deepak Bhattarcharjee, I am of the view, for the present, the cause of action stated by the petitioner is not justiciable.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. It is made clear that the dismissal of the present writ petition shall not be treated as this Court expressing any view on the objections the petitioner has already lodged with the grievance cell and consideration of those objections objectively. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
