THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.24515 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents particularly the 4th respondent in not registering the crime on the complaint made by the petitioner on 12.07.2017 as illegal and arbitrary. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Home (TS) has placed on record the written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Police, Narsingi Police Station, which reads as under: "It is submitted that the said complaint received through registered post and the respondent police tried to contact the petitioner for the purpose of registering the crime, but the petitioner did not respond and filed the present writ petition by making false allegations against the police and hence the police denied the allegations. Later the police registered a case in Crime No.

521 of 2017 under Sections 447,506,324,420, 468 and 471 IPC for the offences at Narsingi Police Station and investigating into the matter." Recording the above said written instructions, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
