HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.2120 of 2017 ORDER :

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.1 to 4 in not arresting the 6th respondent in connection with Crime No.7 of 2017 dated 07.01.2017.

The registration of the crime is not challenged by any one and the investigation is under progress.

When the police are investigating the crime, it is for the police to take appropriate proceedings in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to investigate the crime in accordance with law and submit a final report/charge sheet. No costs.
