HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD WRIT PETITION No.21879 OF 2007 O R D E R :

It is represented by Sri Koteshwar Rao, Assistant Government Pleader that the subject-land in this writ petition, which is proposed for house site purpose in Rajavaram village of Koyyalagudem Mandal, West Godavari district is no longer sought to be required for acquisition purpose.

2. Basing on the counter-affidavit filed by the respondent No.3, it is represented that alternative site has been identified and steps have been taken for allotment of site under Housing Scheme by the Government, this writ petition needs no adjudication, as the petitioners are in possession and enjoyment over the land for an extent of Ac:0-94 cents in R.S.No. 374/2 of Rajavaram village of Koyyalagudem Mandal, West Godavari district.

3. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stands closed.
