THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4032 OF 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner/sole accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.581 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Punganur, Chittoor District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this petition before the trial Court. Permission is accorded. 3.
