This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the order dated 20.01.2015 passed in I.A.No.288 of 2014 in O.S.No.106 of 2009 on the file of the Court of V Additional District Judge, Nellore. As per the office note, the above suit was disposed of on 20.07.2015.

Learned counsel for both the parties submitted that they are not aware of the disposal of the suit.

In view of the office note, no further orders are necessary in this revision.
