THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.1417 of 2015 ORDER:

Ms. Lakshmi Kala, learned counsel appearing for the counsel for the petitioner Mr. Challa Srinivas Reddy, informs the Court that the matter has become infructuous.

2. However, looking into the seriousness and the gravity of the allegations made against the respondents and when this Court enquired with the Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, it is informed that they never resorted to such type of practice in forcing and coercing the petitioner and his family members to do any illegal activities.

3. Having regard to the said submission and also in the light of the statement made before this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no further cause would survive in the writ petition and the relief sought in the writ petition worked out itself by virtue of efflux of time.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
