When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner submitted representations, dated 18.01.2016 and 10.02.2017, and the same are pending consideration. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct the 1st respondent to consider the same and pass orders within a timeframe.

Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representations, dated 18.01.2016 and 10.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
