ORDER
This petition is filed seeking quashment of the C.C.No.9000 of 2023 on the file of learned XVil Additionar chief Metroporitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, against the petitioners/accused Nos. i and 2. 2.
Heard Mr. D. Ramakrishna, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional public Prosecutor appearing for respondent No.1-State. 3.
The petitioners are arrayed as accused Nos.1 and 2 in C.C.No. 9000 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 324 and 509 read with 34 of the lndian Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the I I \ \ petitioners are resolved to face the proceedings, their presence before the trial Court on each adjournment is causing severe hardship and effecting their employment. Therefore, prayed for dispensing their personal presence unless it is required for the proceedings and such direction would redress their grievance.

Learned Additional Public prosecutor submits that there is no specific objection for the prayer, however pleaded for a direction for in person presence of the petitioners in the material stages of the .proceedings.

Having regard to the submissions, subject to the petitioners' appearance through their counsel on every adjournment and the petitioners' personal appearance as and when directed by the Court' the personal presence of the petitioners in the proceedings of the C.C.No.9000 ot 2023 on the file of learned XVll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, is dispensed with. Additionally it is specified that any lapse in abiding the above conditions would render this order ineffective.
