Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Agency Divisional Officer / Sub Collector, Bhadrachalam, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, in disposing of the LTR case in Rc.No.A/1037/2015/60, filed by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the above referred LTR case in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving notice and opportunity of hearing to all the affected parties.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
