WRIT PETITION NO. 33777 OF 2012 O R D E R :
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief : "To declare the proceedings bearing RC.C3/511/M/2011, dated 22/10/2011 issued by the respondent No.4 as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India, besides being in violation of doctrine of principles of natural justice, direct the respondents not to interfere with the business activity of the petitioners being carried at their respective licensed premises and to pass such other suitable orders as this court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."
2. When the matter is listed today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment of this Court in WP.No. 33909 of 2012 dated 16/12/2015 and a copy of the same is also placed on record.
3. Following the order passed by this Court in WP.No.33909 of 2012, dated 16/12/2015 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is allowed. Office to annex a
copy of the order in WP.No.33909 of 2012, dated 16/12/2015.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
