Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a letter, dated 23.10.2017, before the Registry stating that he was instructed by his client to withdraw this petition as the matter has been compromised between the parties. A request was also made to post the matter under the caption, 'for withdrawal'.

Hence, the matter came up today under the caption, "For Withdrawal'.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. He seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition shall stand closed.
