This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in interfering with the civil disputes of the petitioners and calling them to the police station and pressurising them to cancel all the sale deeds, which were executed by them in the year 1997 and 2003. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dt.26.08.2019, submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Medchal P.S., Cyberabad Commissionerate. To the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition, the said instructions read as under.

" It is submitted that in fact basing on the complaint of one D.Shankar, a case was registered against the petitioner in Crime No.469/2019, U/s.417, 406, 420, 447, 120(B) IPC of Medchal Police Station on 16.08.2019. Wherein the petitioners are arrayed as Accused Nos.1 & 3. In the said case, when the police tried to serve Notice U/s.41(A)(1) Cr.P.C. to them, they are absconding.

Keeping the above case in mind, the petitioners had come up with present writ petition to bring pressure on the police officials, all the averments and contentions raised in the writ affidavit are false are denied."

Leaned counsel for the petitioners submits that under the guise of registration of crime police cannot pressurise the petitioners to cancel the

sale deeds which were executed by them in the year 1997 and 2003; and that they cannot interfere with the civil disputes of the petitioners. In view of the above, recording the written instructions submitted by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to agitate their rights before the appropriate Court if they are aggrieved against registration of case in Crime No.469/2019. Further, it goes without saying that the respondents-police shall not interfere with the civil disputes or pressurise the petitioners to cancel the sale deeds. However, this order will not preclude the respondents-police from investigating the aforesaid crime No.469/2019. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
