HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN Civil Revision Petition No.5076 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioner has come up with the above revision challenging the rejection of their application for the appointment of an Advocate Commissioner.

2. It is stated by Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarthy, learned counsel for the petitioner that the subsequent to the impugned order, the suit itself has been disposed of. Therefore, the revision has virtually become infructuous. Hence, it is accordingly dismissed. But this will not preclude the petitioner from raising all issues and moving necessary applications permitted by law before the First Appellate Court.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
