THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.34366 of 2016 ORDER:
Heard Sri K.Govind, learned counsel for petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Roads and Buildings for respondents 1, 3 and 4 and learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondent No.2 The petitioners pray for Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in taking steps to widen the existing road from 80 feet to 100 feet by demolishing their houses/mulgies as mentioned in the schedule situated at Gazwel Town and Mandal, Medak District without recourse to law as illegal and unconstitutional. Having regard to the instructions received by learned Government Pleader and the view I take for disposing of the writ petition, the other circumstances in writ affidavit are not adverted to.
Learned Government Pleader makes a statement that the respondents will not demolish or dispossess the petitioners except in the manner stipulated by law.
The statement is placed on record.
