ORDER:

This Company Petition is filed for winding up of the respondent for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner. At the hearing, Sri P.Mohith Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri Tarun G. Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt. Manjari S. Ganu, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the dispute is settled among the parties. Learned counsel for the petitioner however submitted that in the event, the respondent fails to adhere to the terms of settlement, his client may be permitted to file a fresh petition. The Company Petition is accordingly disposed of as the dispute is settled out of the Court however with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition in the event, the respondent fails to adhere to the terms of settlement.
