Kothagudem and Award dt. 23-62009 made in LAC.No. 564 of 2009 on the file of the Lok ADalat (Legal Service Authority) at Khammam in favour of petitioner pertaining to his house bearing Door No. 9-63/2 consisting five rooms in ground floor and one room in first floor with its appurtenant site of 230 sq.

yards situated at Prashantinagar, Lakshmidevipalli Village, Kothagudem Mandal, Khammam District or in the alternative not to interfere in the civil disputes and evict the petitioner from the above property illegally and by physical force at the instance of 3rd respondent, in compliance with Article 300-A of the Constitution of India.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.Madan Mohan Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Asst. G.P. for Home for the Respondents 1 & 2, the Court made the following ORDER:

" AGP seeks time to get instructions.

List after two (2) weeks in 'ML'.

Meanwhile, R2 shall ensure that the order of the civil court, as referred to in the petitioners complaint, is implemented on the ground."
