ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader submits that by proceedings ref.No.41396/2013/Prod-3(i), dated 17.08.2015, the case of the 1st petitioner was considered and recommended by the State Level Committee in their 17th S.L.C meeting.

In the light of the proceedings of the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests,

learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in so far as 1st petitioner is concerned no further orders are required to be passed. In so far as the 2nd petitioner is concerned, learned Government Pleader submits that the 2nd petitioner, in fact, did not make any application for consideration of his licence, and as there is no recommendation by the State Level Committee, no orders can be passed.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to grant liberty to the 2nd petitioner to make application before the concerned authority. Considering the rival submissions, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the 2nd petitioner to approach the concerned authorities by filing appropriate application for renewal/restoration of licence for running the Saw-mill. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
