CVNR, J & TR, J LAAS 44/2012 JUDGMENT: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This appeal arises out of order and decree dt.07.12.2009 in L.A.O.P. No.216 of 2003 on the file of the District Judge, Chittoor. Mr. S.V. Muni Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants, has addressed a letter dt.07.02.2017 to the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein it is stated that the issues raised in this appeal are covered by common judgment dt.28.04.2014 in L.A.A.S. No.155 of 2010 and batch, by which this Court has partly allowed the appeals. At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Appeals (AP) has fairly conceded that the issues raised in this appeal are covered by the aforementioned judgment. In view of the same, this appeal is partly allowed in terms of the said judgment dt.28.04.2014.
