ORDER:

W.P.No.38986 of 2013 was disposed of by this Court on 03.01.2014 directing the Government to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioners on 07.12.2013. Learned Government Pleader produced letter bearing No.46058/Registration.1/A2/2013, dated 30.12.2014, whereunder the request of the petitioner for refund of stamp duty is rejected. Thus, the order of this Court in W.P.No.38986 of 2013, dated 03.01.2014, is complied with.

2. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed leaving it open to the petitioners to work out their remedies. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
