THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 20110 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents in calling for the panel of advocates for second time for the post of Additional Public Prosecutor without finalizing the previous list of panel of advocates and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the name of the petitioner for the post of Additional Public Prosecutor for XI Additional District and Sessions Judge (FTC), Ranga Reddy District.

As on today, no interim order was granted by this Court and by efflux of time, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
