This writ petition is filed questioning inaction of the 2nd respondent in passing any orders on the application of the petitioner's Nursing School dt.13.07.2019 allegedly on the ground that he is not competent to do so.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health produced a copy of the Rc.No.7429/N2/2019, dt.21.08.2019 and stated that application of the petitioner was considered and appropriate orders were passed.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medial and Health, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
