THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.19998 of 2008 ORDER:- As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on 25.01.2017 either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was listed to 31.01.2017 under the caption " for dismissal" . In spite of the matter being posted under the caption " for dismissal" , there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners either in the morning or in afternoon session. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in pursuing the petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs. As sequel to it, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed.
