HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3568 OF 2018 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed by the decree holder aggrieved by the docket order dated 19.04.2012 in E.P.No.164 of 2009, whereunder, learned executing court i.e., Junior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, dismissed the E.P. on the ground that costs of Rs.100/- not paid and there was no representation for DHR.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner would submit that he would file a fresh E.P. under Order XXI Rule 32 CPC seeking necessary reliefs and in that view, he is not pressing the CRP.

Having regard to the above submission, this civil revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
