THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.32047 OF 2016 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner lands in survey No.462 to an extent of Acs.4.00 situated at Kondakal Village, Sankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, at the behest of the unofficial respondents 4 to 16 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner over her lands. Heard and perused the material.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents 2 and 3 are interfering with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner lands in survey No.462 to an extent of Acs.4.00 situated at Kondakal Village, Sankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, at the instigation of the respondents 4 to 16 and as such, he seeks a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the peaceful possession and enjoyment of her lands by the petitioner herein.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Telangana) submits that the respondents 2 and 3 are not interfering in any civil disputes and that they are not intended to interfere in any civil disputes except in connection with an investigation of a crime registered against the petitioner. Recording the above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, the writ petition is closed.
