The limited relief sought by the petitioner in this revision is to direct the Court below to dispose of the Execution Petition within a time frame.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Considering the limited nature of the grievance and considering the fact that LAOP was of the year 2002 and the Execution Petition itself was of the year 2013, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the Executing Court to dispose of E.P.No.8 of 2013 in LAOP.No.80 of 2002, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
