This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/de facto complainant, to cancel the anticipatory bail granted to respondent Nos.1 to 3 vide order, dated 31.01.2018, in Crl.P.No.820 of 2018 in Crime No.1170 of 2017 of Miyapur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/de facto complainant, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the 4th respondent/State and perused the record. 3.

This Court granted anticipatory bail to respondent Nos.1 to 3/A-1 to A-3 by order, dated 31.01.2018, in Crl.P.No.820 of 2018 in Crime No.1170 of 2017 of Miyapur Police Station, Ranga Reddy District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 342, 323 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C. and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act by imposing certain conditions. There is nothing to hold that respondent Nos.1 to 3/A-1 to A-3 violated the conditions of granting bail. Further, there are no justifiable grounds to allow this application.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. 5.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
