This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings against the petitioner-accused in C.C. No.255 of 2015 on the file of the Court of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Thorrur.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
