This writ petition is filed aggrieved by action of respondents 1 and 2 in not registering F.I.R. pursuant to the complaint lodged by petitioner dated 10-07-2018 against respondent No.3.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and found the allegations made by him as false and petitioner was informed of the same through notice dated 16-07-2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be granted liberty to avail alternative remedies available to him.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him.
