This matter is coming up for admission since 2014. Though number of adjournments are granted to appellants no interest is evinced. On 25.04.2016 and 20.06.2016 there was no representation and today when the matter is taken up, neither advocate for appellants is present nor any representation is made.

2. Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution at admission stage.
