It is brought to the notice of this court that the question, which falls for consideration in this writ petition, is squarely covered by the order of this court in WP No.1863 of 2006 and WP No.30623 of 2013 dated 18.02.2014.

Following the aforesaid order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of on the same lines to that of WP No.1863 of 2006 and WP No.30623 of 2013, dated 18.02.2014. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
