HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.17959 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioner claims that she purchased land of an extent of 600 square yards, jointly with her mother, in plot No.290, Block No.10, part of Survey Nos.169, 170, 171, 175 and 176 on 31.01.1993. Petitioner now alleges that when the petitioner went to the plot, she was informed that the same was already acquired. The petitioner, therefore, made a representation on 24.06.2019 to respondents 2 and 3.

3. The affidavit filed in support of the writ petition does not disclose the details as to when the land was acquired and determination of payment of compensation. In the absence of these essential details, the Court cannot entertain the claim of the petitioner.

4. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to apply for all the details of acquisition, to work out her remedies as available in law. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
