ORDER:

Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submits that Tandrapaparayudu statue is not being installed in Sy.No.309 of Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District, over which, the petitioner is claiming right and title.

Recording the said submission of learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of in terms thereof. If, for any reason, the land in Sy.No.309 of Jangareddygudem, West Godavari District, over which the petitioner is claiming right and title, is required, the same shall be taken over by following due process of law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
