ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in taking steps to disengage the services of the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed.

While admitting the writ petition on 4.7.2005, this Court granted status quo order.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of the said status quo order, the petitioner is continuing in service and hence, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-Corporation does not dispute the same. In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
