Mr.Subodh does not press the writ prayer and seeks liberty to work out remedies available before the District Collector or Government as the case may be.

The writ petition is dismissed by granting liberty to petitioners to file petition/ representation by enclosing copy of this order within four weeks before authority concerned. As and when the statutory remedy is availed, the authority concerned considers the petition/ representation and disposes of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within six months from the date of filing petition/ representation by petitioners.
No order as to costs.
