HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO C.C.C.A. No.223 of 1999 JUDGMENT:

Sri J.Prabhakar, learned counsel stated that he has already endorsed no objection to the appellant association to engage another advocate. In fact, Sri Sriram Krishna Murthy, learned counsel for appellant is already on record for the appellant, thereby, Registry is directed to delete the name of Sri J.Prabhakar as learned counsel for appellant association.

2) Though the matter is under the caption 'For Dismissal', Sri Sriram Krishna Murthy, learned Counsel for appellant association failed to represent the matter and this Court feels that the appellant association is not interested to prosecute the appeal and hence the appeal is liable to be dismissed.

3) Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.

4 ) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
