THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7055 of 2005 ORDER:

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. This Writ Petition was filed challenging the notification issued by the first respondent dated 23.03.2005.

In the notification dated 23.03.2005, the Assistant Commissioner of Endowments indicated that the tenure of the Board of Trustees of Sri Ranganayaka Swamy and Dattatreya Temple had come to an end, and a new Board of Trustees would be formed within 15 days from the date of the said notification. But, by virtue of lapse of time and in view of the subsequent constitution of the Trust Board, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
