This Criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/A2 seeking to call for the records relating to C.C.No.1642 of 2OL6 on the file of the learned XI Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, and quash the same.

It is brought to the notice of this Court by learned counsel for the petitioner/A2 that since the aforesaid Calendar Case was disposed of by the Court below on 10.12.2021, the petitioner wanted to withdraw this criminal petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner also filed letter, dated 29.L2.202I, in the Registry to that effect.

Taking the said submission on record and in view of the letter, dated 29.12.2021, permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscella neous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
