CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.22267 of 2017 Dt: 24.10.2017 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed against Order, dated 07.03.2017, in OA.No.356 of 2017 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal at Hyderabad.

At the hearing, it is agreed among the learned Counsel for both parties that WP.No.11094 of 2017 and batch arising out of the same order, which is impugned in the aforesaid OA against which the present Writ Petition is filed, was disposed of on 06.04.2017 and that the matter was remanded to the Tribunal for fresh adjudication on merits.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the afore-mentioned order with the direction that the reasons and directions contained therein shall form part of this order.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.27407 of 2017, filed by the petitioners for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
