This revision is filed by the petitioner/plaintiff seeking early disposal of O.S.No.107 of 2016 pending on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Parakala, by fixing the time frame.

Having regard to the parameters laid down by this Court and as the suit is of the year 2016 no direction can be given to fix time frame for disposal of the suit as sought by the petitioner. 3.

For the above reasons, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However liberty is granted to the petitioner to make appropriate application before the trial Court for early disposal of the suit. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
